8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta

6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
