Ingredients
  

8 oz fusilli pasta (or your favorite pasta)

6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.

    Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

      Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

        Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, red onion, and cheddar cheese.

          Add the Dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
