Ingredients

4 lobster tails, split down the middle

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a garlic herb butter.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, shell side down. Gently lift the meat and lay it on top of the shell for presentation.

Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic herb butter, ensuring it is well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through. Baste with additional butter midway through cooking for extra flavor.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it sit for a minute. Give it a final brush of garlic herb butter before serving.

Serve with lemon wedges for an extra zing.
