Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1-2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 cup diced green onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

1 tbsp olive oil (optional for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapeños, diced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (about 8x8 inches). Spread it out evenly with a spatula.

If you prefer a crunchy topping, combine the panko breadcrumbs and olive oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top. If you like it extra crispy, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
