1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Ice cubes (as needed for desired thickness)

Instructions
 

In a blender, add the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and chia seeds.

    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.

      If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until combined.

        Taste the smoothie, and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.

          Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a few whole berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top if desired.
