Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, paprika, and dried parsley. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.

Spoon the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. For a golden top, you can broil it for the last 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot and enjoy!
