Ingredients

2 pounds of king crab legs

1 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Crab Legs: Rinse the crab legs under cold water to clean them. Pat them dry and place them on a large baking dish.

      Make the Butter Sauce:

        - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

          - Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

            - Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for another minute.

Baste the Crab Legs: Pour the prepared butter sauce over the crab legs, ensuring they are well coated. You can reserve a bit of the sauce for dipping later.

Bake the Crab Legs: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to keep the moisture in. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until heated through.

Serve: Remove from oven and carefully remove the foil. Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges and the reserved butter sauce for dipping.
