Ingredients

1 pound of fresh pizza dough

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

2 tablespoons chives, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chives, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well incorporated.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares.

Stuff the Bombs: Take a square of dough and place a spoonful of the cheese and bacon filling in the center. Gather the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly. Ensure there are no openings.

Egg Wash: Place the stuffed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

Serve: Allow the cheese bombs to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
