Ingredients
  

8 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of bacon, chopped

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Cook Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.

        Cook Beef: In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

          Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, ground beef mixture, bacon, cheddar cheese soup, milk, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and two-thirds of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

              Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the noodle mixture for a cheesy crust.

                Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                  Garnish and Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
