1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Toss well to coat all the beef pieces evenly. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. This will create a crispy coating for the beef.

      Coat the Beef: Remove the beef from the marinade, allowing the excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the dry mixture, making sure to coat thoroughly. Shake off any excess flour mixture.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Air Fry the Beef: Place the coated beef pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Be careful not to overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary. Spray the beef lightly with cooking oil for extra crispiness. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the beef is golden brown and crispy.
