4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    Coat the Chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and massage the marinade into the skin, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Arrange the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side up. Make sure there’s some space between each thigh to allow for even cooking.

          Cooking: Air fry the chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy. Flip the thighs halfway through cooking for even crispiness.

            Rest and Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
