Ingredients
  

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

    Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).

      Preheat the Air Fryer: While the chicken is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

        Prepare the Broccoli: In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and a pinch of garlic powder.

          Cook Chicken and Broccoli: Once preheated, add the marinated chicken to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. After 10 minutes, add the broccoli to the basket and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F) and the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.

            Serve: Once done, remove from the air fryer. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Enjoy your crispy chicken and broccoli!
