Instructions
 

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fish is well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

        Remove the fish from the marinade and let any excess drip off.

          Grill the sea bass for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

            Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

              Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
