Colored Spaghetti For Kids

1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon margarine
250g minced meat
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 bx chopped tomatoes
2dl water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cube of meat stock

Peel the carrot, clean the onion and the celeriac. Cut everything into small pieces. Fry the minced meat. Add the vegetables, tomato paste and tinned tomatoes. Add water and broth and let the sauce cook for 20 minutes. Season to taste with spices.
